Readings Terms & Conditions

Live Readings:
Upon purchase you will receive a link to Taye Dee's personal diary in order to book in your session. We anticipate a maximum of 10 working days wait time but this may be longer during busy time periods.
As these sessions are limited in number, we must operate on a first-come first-served basis & need to reserve capacity in advance of the sessions in Taye Dee's diary. All sessions must be booked within 30 calendar days or a non-refundable deposit of £25 GBP will be taken for reserving your slot.
Please note that due to the nature of this product, no refunds are possible once the slot has been booked in Taye Dee's diary. Should you need to re-arrange your session, this will be permitted up to a maximum of 3 times. After 3 unsuccessful bookings, the full fee will be payable with no refunds possible (i.e. "re-booking limit").
Taye Dee reserves the right to cancel any sessions due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, we will inform you as soon as possible & arrange an alternative date for you. This will not count towards your 30 calendar days or re-booking limit.
Digital Readings:
Either during checkout or upon purchase you will receive a form to complete that captures all of your details so that we are able to run your Human Design Chart(s). As per the checkout page, your reading will then be delivered via digital format only to the email address provided at checkout. We anticipate a maximum of 10 working days wait time for delivery of most of our digital readings but this may be longer during busy time periods. Please check individual checkout pages for an indication of how long delivery will take. We will contact you should we experience any delays in preparing your order.
We will not accept any liability for inaccurate readings due to incorrectly submitted details. We are also unable to change any details once your form has been submitted to us. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you have provided are correct and no refunds will be provided for incorrectly completed forms.
We use Tropical Human Design to conduct our chart readings and astrological calculations may change depending on which site is used. This can result in slight differences between two different sites. We will not correct any readings based on you previously using a different astrological calculation for your Human Design chart. All readings are final.
Any indication of results or success stories are for illustrative purposes only & we cannot guarantee any specific outcome. This session is for informational and educational purposes only. We empower you to achieve your own results & offer support on your journey.
