Energy is Your Biggest Assest - Here's Why...

Setting energetic boundaries is a must for anyone in business.
People say time is the most precious commodity but if you master Universal Laws then you can bend time to your will. Your actual most precious asset is your energy.
How and when you choose to use it are the two most important decisions you make as a CEO every single day.
The problem with energy - for most people - is that it's really leaky. You're giving it away without really realising it. All those phone calls, messages & E-mails you pick up that could wait till a better time. Those favours for work colleagues or friends. Even just wasting energy hating on people that have wronged you or others throughout your day. And we're all familiar with the time sink of binging on Netflix or scrolling on Instagram. Except, its not actually sucking "time", it's sucking away your energy.
This is all energy that you could be using to build your empire rather than freely giving it away.
Some energy types in Human Design need to be even more careful with their daily energy usage as they don't have their Sacral Centres defined - giving them inconsistent access to life force energy. However, anyone can get burnt out if they don't use their energy wisely. This is why your Inner Authority was given to you to aid with decisions. You have a Strategy so that you know how to navigate the world based on your general energy type. Plus you get Signature & Not-Self Themes to help guide you when things are right & wrong for you.
The whole Human Design system is a roadmap on how to use energy every day based completely on how you are built up at a DNA level.
It takes the complicated science of genetics and breaks it down into an Energy Manual for you to follow so you can unlock the best version of you.
As powerful as being armed with this information is, it can be complimented with an array of tools to help speed up the process of re-aligning your energy ...and this is what I specialise in for businesses.
I'd spent years developing my toolkit before I'd even encountered Human Design. Practices like NLP, EFT, hypnosis, life coaching and lots of spiritual tools like crystals, oracle cards & using a pendulum. All of these were powerful in their own right but you had to stumble across the correct tool for the right situation for it to have an impact.
As a coach, you'd also have to hope that you'd discovered a deep, underlying limiting belief & not just be treating the top layer of the onion or you could guarantee the issue or behaviour you're trying to eliminate would reappear at a later date.
Human Design takes out all of the guesswork. It guides you on the root cause of the issues so you know exactly which tool to use. This means quicker progress & bigger impact. It allows you to give people back their energy which is why I've fallen completely in love with it as a Business Mindset Coach.
There's one quick tool that I'd like to share with you though that can start to make a difference to your energy levels today so you can get a taste for how powerful all this "woo woo" stuff can be!
This is the concept of setting energetic boundaries.
These are your tolerance levels for what you will accept in your life. I've also referred to these as your "rules of reality" in the past and it's the same concept.
Here's how you do it:
- Reflect on your daily life & look for patterns on how you're using your energy. Notice the times when you wanted to do something but were interrupted or distracted by something else which meant that you "didn't have enough time" to do what you wanted & needed to do or you had to rush your thing making you feel stressed out or unhappy with the results.
Remember: any time sucks are a good indication of where you're wasting energy. - From your list, note the things that you want to Keep, Improve or Must Change.
Keep - The things you are 100% happy with (not the things you feel obligated to keep or feel you have to...)
Improve - These are where your obligations sit. Really if you feel obligated then it's not the best use of your own energy but we live in the real world & not everything is perfectly designed to start with.
Must Change - This one is obvious! Anything that's gotta go, like, yesterday!
3. The fun part! Now list down separately how you'd love to live each day if there were no limitation or restrictions in place. This is your dream list.
4. Compare your dream list to your original list & see how you can tweak your Improves & Must Changes to match the dream. These can be only baby steps for now. The point is to get you moving in the right direction.
You may also find that you want to tweak some of your Keeps too & that's totally okay & normal.
Sometimes our minds are so caught up in the patterns of what's familiar for us that we tolerate and accept a whole bunch of things that at our core we don't really want to. It can take an exercise like the dream list to take the rose tinted glasses off & actually start to see our reality as it truly is.
5. Write out your new energetic boundaries or rules of reality in bold language that makes you feel excited for how your new life will be.
6. Pop your list somewhere where you can remind yourself of them daily.
You can re-write them each day, say them out loud or record them on your phone so you can listen to them on repeat.
I recommend saying them out loud at least the very 1st time that you write them out as speaking is a powerful infuser of energy & will be much more potent than simply writing them down.
The more you "use" the words, the better as it helps your brain to create new neural pathways that create new habits & thought patterns to replace & reject any old energy leaks that you might have had. Repetition is key so make it a regular practice to revisit them.
That's it!
You'll start to notice the changes straight away but give yourself a few weeks to really notice the impact.
For those of you used to tools like these, yes, this is a manifestation technique! I love this one though as it's so good for a quick tighten of the energy taps in your life.
The easiest way to manifest consciously is to bring yourself into alignment & that's best achieved by allowing yourself to fully utilise your own energy.
You were never meant to give all of your energy away. It's just a bad pattern that society has fallen into & this is why so many people are suffering with burn out & mental health issues like anxiety & stress. We're not giving ourselves a fighting chance energetically.
I know some of you will be overthinking how to write your new rules of reality... so below are some examples:
* Arguing over money ➜ "I create money effortlessly & easily"
* Picking up my friend's kids from school but it's never her turn ➜ "I am fully supported with my child care & have plenty of time for my needs too"
* Scrolling for hours on social media ➜ "Social media supports my business & I get what I need out of it every time I use it"
* I want to meditate more as it makes me feel calm & grounded ➜ "I have space everyday to meditate in peace & it makes me feel calm & grounded"
This is an exercise that you can repeat whenever you intuitively feel like you need to as we all fall into bad habits over time & this is an easy way to realign your energy to start manifesting your dreams.
When I complete this exercise, I've found things change pretty rapidly.
For example, a new rule I implemented recently was that I want my fiance to feel excited & secure about spending money on our home. This was following us having lots of arguments or stressful conversations about spending money & not having enough money - a big time & energy suck as it never results in more money magically appearing! And it's not true as we have plenty of money to live comfortably & you can always create more of it i.e. these were just his own money mindset issues causing his limiting beliefs to flare up.
But, within a week or so, he was calmer, investing money in several home improvements, multiple cheques came in the post, he got an interview for a job on much higher pay AND he out of the blue asked me to find a place to book a holiday...& when I ask how much does he want to spend... I kid you not, he said: "money isn't an issue"!
So, not only did I clear up the energy leak by writing a new rule of reality that would stop us arguing about money but I also manifested EXCESS money to help make my new rule an even better reality.
This exercise works fast & can give some amazing results when practiced regularly.

You're probably wondering, how would Human Design work with this exercise?
Here's some examples:
❖ Your chart shows you how you should be writing specific or non-specific rules:
Specific - I only drive blue Ferraris made in 2001 with white leather seats.
Non-specific - I only drive sports cars that allow me to feel the wind in my hair.
❖ Your chart can tell you if you should be practising active or passive repetition techniques:
Active - Read rules every day & write them out at least 10 times.
Passive - Record rules into a subliminal & play whenever feels good.
❖ Your chart can give you an indication as to what types of environments you work best in, how much structure you need in your life, how you should eat & it can even tell you where to look for energy leaks that will have the quickest & biggest impact.
Hint: it's usually in your Open centres!
